Your Role:
- Independently manage a diverse caseload, including:
- Leasehold and freehold transactions.
- Registered and unregistered property matters.
- Sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages.
You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless client journeys, progressing matters efficiently while maintaining impeccable file organisation.
To thrive in this role, the following skills are essential:
- A qualified professional (CILEx, SRA, or CLC) with at least 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Proven ability to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction to completion.
- Proficiency in legal software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
