TSR Legal are delighted to be partnering with a top-tier Legal 500 firm in Cardiff to recruit a talented and driven Marketing Manager. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and creative marketing professional to join a prestigious law firm and play a key role in shaping the firm’s marketing direction. The Role: As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the firm’s marketing function, working directly with senior stakeholders to create and execute impactful strategies that elevate brand visibility, support business development, and strengthen client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with the firm’s growth goals. Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns to increase brand awareness and support client acquisition and retention. Collaborate with key practice groups to develop targeted marketing plans.
  • Content & Communications: Oversee creation and delivery of engaging content across web, blogs, email newsletters, and social media. Work closely with legal teams to produce client-facing materials, thought leadership, and case studies.
  • Digital Marketing & Analytics: Drive the firm’s digital strategy, including SEO, SEM, website optimisation, and paid media. Monitor analytics to measure effectiveness of marketing activities and refine campaigns accordingly.
  • Brand & Collateral: Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing outputs. Liaise with designers and suppliers to create high-quality marketing materials.
  • Client Engagement & Events: Manage the planning and delivery of events, webinars, and conferences. Strengthen client relationships through targeted communications and engagement programmes.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of legal industry trends, competitor insights, and emerging opportunities.

About You: We are looking for a commercially minded marketing leader with:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within a law firm or professional services.
  • Strong digital marketing skills – including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
