The Role
You will manage a broad range of family matters, advising clients on sensitive and often complex issues. Your work will include: Managing a varied private family caseload. Advising on financial matters arising from relationship breakdown. Handling private children work. Dealing with disputes relating to property and financial interests. Advising on relationship agreements and arrangements. Drafting and reviewing legal documentation. Providing clear, practical advice and excellent client care. Supporting the wider development of the department. Providing guidance to junior colleagues where appropriate. Contributing to the commercial performance of the team. About You
Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer. Experience handling a varied family law caseload. Confident advising on financial and children matters. Strong technical, communication and client care skills. Able to manage your own workload and work independently. Commercially aware, with an interest in developing client relationships. Ambitious and keen to contribute to the continued success of a team.
