This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled administrator or legal support professional seeking a varied role within a thriving conveyancing department.
You'll become an integral part of the team, providing essential operational and administrative support that helps ensure the smooth delivery of exceptional client service.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the administration and compliance functions of the conveyancing department.
Working closely with fee earners and management, you will help maintain key accreditations, oversee lender panel administration, manage departmental reporting, and ensure important records and systems remain accurate and up to date.
This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, has excellent organisational skills, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Key Duties
- Managing lender panel memberships and overseeing panel application processes.
- Assisting with the administration of Law Society CQS accreditation requirements.
- Maintaining and updating client databases and departmental records.
- Producing regular management information and performance reports.
- Preparing financial and departmental data for internal meetings and reviews.
- Organising and coordinating departmental meetings and associated documentation.
- Supporting Land Registry administration and portal management.
- Undertaking Lawyer Checker processes and related compliance tasks.
- Managing referral partner records and associated arrangements.
- Administering landlord deposit scheme requirements.
- Maintaining lender panel information and departmental tracking systems.
- Assisting with updates and testing of property report templates and other departmental documents.
- Supporting colleagues with access to key systems, portals, and operational processes.

Essential Requirements
- Previous administration experience within a professional office environment.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
