Job Description Employment Solicitor
A highly regarded and well-established law firm is looking to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Employment team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected practice with a strong reputation for quality work and client service.

Youll work alongside an experienced team on a varied caseload, with excellent opportunities for career progression, client development and increased responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Manage employment tribunal claims and related disputes.

Draft, review and negotiate employment documentation.

Provide commercially focused advice to a varied client base.

Develop strong client relationships and contribute to business development.

Support and supervise junior colleagues where appropriate.

About You

Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with relevant Employment experience.

Strong technical knowledge and experience managing your own caseload.

Employment Tribunal experience is desirable.

Excellent communication and client management skills.

Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.
