TSR Legal is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established law firm with deep rural roots, as they seek a Partner to join their highly regarded Lifetime Planning & Agriculture team. As a key member of the team, you will advise a broad client base of high-net-worth individuals, landed estates, and farming businesses on:
- Agricultural property transactions (sales, purchases, tenancies, and rights over land)
- Estate and succession planning
- Trusts, wills, and inheritance tax advice
- Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies and Farm Business Tenancies
- Asset protection and rural business structuring
This is a visible and rewarding role offering significant client contact, suited to a Solicitor with a passion for the rural sector and long-term client relationships.
About You
We would like to hear from Lawyers with:
- A minimum of 10 years' PQE in private client, agricultural, or rural property law
- A solid understanding of rural land and farming businesses
- Act as a key point of contact for high-net-worth individuals, landowners, and business clients
- Strong interpersonal and client care skills
- Supervise the drafting and negotiation of legal documents and correspondence
- Sound commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset
- Lead and manage high-value, complex matters
- A down-to-earth and professional approach that resonates with a rural client base
