The Opportunity
TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm in Cardiff that is looking to expand its conveyancing team with the addition of an experienced New Build Conveyancer. The Role
You will manage your own caseload of new build residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The work is predominantly developerâled, offering consistency, structure, and wellâestablished processes.
- Managing a caseload of new build purchase transactions
- Acting for both developers and individual purchasers
- Dealing with exchange deadlines and developer requirements
- Reviewing and reporting on new build contracts, leases, and plot documentation
- Liaising with developers, agents, lenders, and clients
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements
You will be supported by an experienced team, modern case management systems, and dedicated administrative assistance.

- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
- Proven experience handling new build conveyancing matters
