The Senior HR Advisor will play a key role in supporting the firm's continued growth and in helping to shape an exceptional working environment. Acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees, you will provide timely, practical and commercially focused HR advice on a range of people matters. You will work closely with the existing HR function and will have access to ongoing training and mentoring. This role offers excellent development potential as the firm continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries from managers and staff
- Providing advice on policies, procedures and employment law matters
- Supporting managers with day-to-day people management issues
- Delivering accurate and timely HR administration
- Contributing to the development of HR processes and best practice
- Supporting initiatives that promote a positive working culture
- At least two years' experience in a business-facing HR role
- Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
