TSR Legal is pleased to be working in partnership with a growing and highly regarded legal services provider that supports law firms across the UK. With a strong foothold in areas such as title checking and outsourced legal support, the business is now looking to appoint an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive continued growth.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded individual to take ownership of business development activity on a national scale. Working closely with the board, you will play a key role in expanding the client base, strengthening market presence, and shaping the firm’s growth strategy. This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and making a tangible impact within a developing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving new business across UK law firms, building a strong and sustainable pipeline
- Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Promoting the organisation’s legal services, including title checking and outsourced support
- Leading client meetings, presentations, and proposals
- Identifying market opportunities and contributing to strategic growth plans
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on business development activity
About You
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role
- Background within legal services, professional services, or consultancy would be advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and self-driven approach
- Commercial awareness with the ability to spot and convert opportunities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment
