This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong claimant litigation experience who is looking to move away from more routine claims work and into a more technical, evidence-led caseload – in the leading Law Firm in this area.

The firm has developed a strong reputation within complex claimant litigation and is continuing to expand due to increased demand across its specialist department. This role would suit someone who enjoys technical litigation, wants exposure to higher-quality claimant work and is looking to join a firm with genuine long-term progression opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have experience in claimant litigation, personal injury or wider civil litigation
  • Be confident running your own files
  • Be comfortable dealing with technical evidence

  • Claimant litigation
  • Fast-track and/or multi-track claims

The firm has expanded significantly in recent years and further growth is expected over the next 12 months. Despite this, the team has retained a supportive and long-standing culture, with strong staff retention and a genuine focus on developing people internally. For ambitious candidates, there may also be scope to progress into supervisory or team leader responsibilities as the department continues to expand.
