TSR Legal are proud to be working in partnership with a leading, well‑established law firm with a strong presence across the South West. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Legal Executive or Senior Fee‑Earning Paralegal to join their highly regarded Private Client team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive department, handling a varied and rewarding caseload of private client matters. You will have the autonomy to manage your own files while also working alongside experienced practitioners on more complex cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of private client files from instruction to completion
- Drafting Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Handling probate and estate administration matters
- Delivering high levels of client care and building long‑term relationships
- Assisting with more complex matters as required
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Legal Executive (CILEx) or an experienced Paralegal with fee‑earning responsibility
- Demonstrable experience within Private Client law
- Confident managing your own caseload independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and professional approach
