Overview

TSR Legal are proud to offer a brand new opportunity for a Legal Cashier to join a firm with a difference! This is a city based role with 1 office day per week.

The Role

As the firms customer base and legal network continue to expand, they are succession planning and have a brand new role for a Legal Cashier to help manage their financial operations. You will be key in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting both internal teams and their solicitor network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record inbound payments to the ledger throughout the day
  • Process and queue outgoing payments
  • Ensure ledgers are updated after payments are completed
  • Prepare and manage records for internal payments and refunds
  • Update and maintain ledgers for disbursement services on account each week
  • Respond to solicitor queries via phone and messaging
  • Assist with CMA reconciliations

Requirements

You’d be a great fit if you:

  • Hold an ILFM diploma
  • Have experience working as a Legal Cashier in a fast-paced law firm environment
  • Are tech-savvy and curious about working in a tech-driven company
  • Possess strong attention to detail and are motivated to excel
