I’m currently working with a well-established law firm based in Talbot Green, who are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Assistant to join their residential conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior conveyancing experience who is looking for a stable, long-term role with excellent career development prospects.
The Role:
You will be supporting a busy Conveyancing Fee Earner with the day-to-day handling of a residential property caseload. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the progression of files from instruction through to completion

Preparing and reviewing legal documentation

Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and third parties

Maintaining accurate case files and administrative support
