Are you ready to take your first step into a dynamic legal career? A leading Legal Expenses Insurer is expanding its In-House Legal Helpline team, creating exciting new opportunities for Legal Advisors / Paralegals to join their growing department.

With flexible hybrid working and close links to an associated law firm, this is a genuine long-term career move. Many of the current Legal Advisors have progressed into training contracts and other advanced legal roles within the business.

The Role

As a Legal Advisor, you’ll provide high-quality legal guidance across a range of areas including employment law, contract law, landlord & tenant, and property matters—all supported by a structured training programme.

This is an advisory role where you’ll build your legal expertise while developing strong client service and communication skills. You’ll be part of a collaborative, approachable, and fun team that values hard work, curiosity, and personal growth.

About You

We’re keen to hear from individuals who are:

  • LLB graduates who have completed or are studying the LPC / SQE / BPTC or are CILEx-qualified / studying
  • Passionate about delivering clear, practical legal advice with a commercial mindset
  • Strong communicators with excellent customer service skills, whether gained inside or outside the legal sector
  • Team players who are adaptable, proactive, and ready to embrace the firm’s values in their day-to-day work

What’s on Offer

  • Salary: Up to £27,520 (DOE), including £2,520 shift allowance
  • Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm, with one week in four working 11:30am–8pm
  • Additional flexibility: One Saturday in four (with a weekday off in lieu)
