Job Description New Build Conveyancer \n Location: Cardiff \n Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience \n TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm that is looking to strengthen its specialist New Build Conveyancing team with the appointment of an experienced Conveyancer. \n This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner with a background in New Build to join a supportive and established team, working on a quality caseload and acting for clients purchasing new homes. \n \n Managing a caseload of New Build residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. \n Liaising with clients, developers, mortgage lenders and other third parties throughout the transaction. \n Carrying out searches, reviewing title and undertaking due diligence specific to New Build transactions. \n Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements. \n Working as part of a specialist New Build team while contributing to the continued success of the department. \n \n About You \n The successful candidate will ideally have: \n \n Previous experience handling New Build conveyancing matters. \n A strong understanding of residential property law and the New Build transaction process. \n Experience using conveyancing case management systems and Microsoft Office. \n Relevant professional qualifications or regulatory membership would be advantageous, although applications will be considered based on experience. \n \n Competitive salary based on experience. \n 26 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays. \n Holiday bonus scheme offering the potential for up to 12 additional days' leave. \n Pension scheme. \n On-site parking, subject to availability. \n Comprehensive training and development opportunities. \n Support towards professional qualifications and continued career development. \n Cycle to work scheme. \n This is a great opportunity for an experienced New Build Conveyancer looking to join a specialist and established team where there is genuine scope for professional development and long-term progression. \n If you are considering your next move and would like to discuss the role confidentially, please get in touch with Hannah at TSR Legal directly for further information on 02920 388100 or submit your CV for review directly. \
