TSR Legal are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly respected law firm in Herefordshire that is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who is looking to join a firm with deep roots in the local community, a strong reputation for client care, and a genuine focus on quality over volume. The role offers a varied caseload, autonomy, and the opportunity to become part of a close-knit and collaborative team. The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing a high standard of service to a loyal and established client base. The caseload will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- General residential property work
You will be supported by an experienced team and will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients, estate agents, and local referrers.
