Head of Dispute Resolution Location: South West (Flexible on Office Base) Salary: Up to £75,000 Working Arrangement: Hybrid / Office-Based About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join as Head of Department at a well-regarded regional firm. This is a strategic hire aimed at expanding and leading the litigation team, with flexibility on base location across their South West offices. You will be responsible for developing the department and caseload, with a focus on: General civil and commercial litigation Contract disputes, debt recovery, property litigation Partnership and shareholder disputes Contentious probate matters The role will suit someone with an existing client following or strong local connections, ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
