TSR Legal are proud to be working on behalf of a well-respected legal 100 law firm who are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their award-winning department. The firm are looking to grow and expand its existing team with a dynamic solicitor who will be encouraged to engage in marketing and business development.

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be working alongside a Partner highly ranked in the Legal 500 and will have secretarial and administrative support daily. The team covers a wide range of matters and you can expect to handle cases involving:

  • Birth & Head Injuries
  • Pediatric & Orthopaedic Negligence
  • Cancer Misdiagnosis
  • Cerebral Palsy Matters
  • Inquest Representation
  • Dental Negligence

You will have the opportunity to manage your own files as well as contributing to the growth of the department as a whole. You will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of clients locally and nationwide.
