TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a growing, well-regarded law firm in Swansea that is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to support the next phase of its development.
This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional with circa 2+ years PQE (or equivalent experience) who is looking for more than just a standard fee-earning role.

The Role
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from inception through to completion

About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
- Ideally 2+ years PQE (or equivalent practical experience) in residential conveyancing
- Able to manage files independently and deliver consistently high standards of service
- Ambitious, proactive and keen to contribute ideas and help shape the future of the team
- A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively
