TSR Legal are working on a new and rare opportunity for a Partner level Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well established, multi disciplinary and genuinely friendly firm based in Gloucester.

The Role
This opportunity is suited to an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor operating at Partner level or ready to step up. You will manage a high quality residential conveyancing caseload, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgaging, transfers of equity and shared ownership matters. You will play a key leadership role within a busy and expanding conveyancing team, contributing to the strategic direction of the department while maintaining excellent client care standards. A core part of the role will involve supporting, mentoring and developing junior members of the team. The caseload is varied and involves acting for a broad range of clients.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least seven years PQE. You will be operating at Partner level or be a senior solicitor with the ambition and capability to step into a Partner role. You will be personable, communicative and able to build long term client relationships. You will enjoy leading, mentoring and supporting junior staff members. You will be confident working on your own initiative with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. You will have excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with clients and colleagues.
