TSR Legal are delighted to be assisting a respected and growing law firm in Cheltenham with the recruitment of a Residential Conveyancing Administration Assistant to join their established property team. This opportunity would suit a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced support role and is looking to build a long-term career within the legal sector. The Role
Working closely with the residential conveyancing team, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administration of client matters and ensuring files are managed efficiently from the outset. Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the opening of new client matters and onboarding procedures
- Scanning, processing, and allocating incoming post and legal documents
- Providing administrative support across the conveyancing department
- Supporting fee earners with file management and case administration
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documents are processed efficiently
- Contributing to the smooth running of the team and assisting with general office support duties
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a legal administration or conveyancing support position
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
- The ability to manage workloads effectively and prioritise tasks
- Confidence working both independently and within a team environment
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
