An established yet modern-approach law firm based in Newport is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team. The Role

  • You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring a high standard of client care and technical expertise throughout.
  • Handling a full residential conveyancing caseload including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages and transfers of equity.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years experience as a Residential Conveyancer (Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner).
  • Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Enjoy working in an office-based, collaborative environment.
