This respected practice is seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to become part of its friendly and supportive property team. The Role
- You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling matters with a high degree of autonomy while delivering an excellent client experience.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Providing a high standard of client care and maintaining regular communication throughout the transaction.
- Progressing matters efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Working closely with colleagues to support the wider property team.
- Assisting with the mentoring and development of junior team members where appropriate.
- Ensuring files are managed in accordance with internal procedures, compliance requirements and key deadlines.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
About You
- Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with:
- At least two years' experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload.
- The ability to handle transactions independently from instruction to completion.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive and commercially minded approach.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
