About the Role
You’ll take responsibility for managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
This position would particularly suit someone who enjoys client contact, managing a varied caseload and taking ownership of their work within an established regional practice.
Key Duties
- Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Handle remortgages, transfers of equity and associated property matters.
- Draft contracts, review title documentation and raise enquiries.
- Liaise with estate agents, lenders, solicitors and clients.
- Manage matters through exchange and completion.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and local referrers.
