Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate and efficient typing, including digital audio dictation
  • Managing incoming calls and providing a warm, professional point of contact for clients
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Diary management and appointment scheduling
  • Supporting file opening, closing, and general administrative duties
