About the Role

A new opportunity has arisen for a Junior Family Solicitor with 1-3 years’ PQE to join a well-established team in Swindon. This role offers a brilliant platform for someone looking to strengthen their technical ability, develop confidence in client management, and progress within a supportive family department handling high quality work.

The role will involve:

• Handling a broad family caseload including divorce, financial matters and private children disputes
• Managing client relationships and providing practical, solution-focused advice
• Drafting key documents such as court forms, statements, consent orders and correspondence
• Working closely with senior solicitors for guidance, supervision and development
• Supporting business development activity, building internal referrals and community presence

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Family Solicitor with 1-3 years’ PQE
• Have experience working on private family matters with a strong grounding in process and procedure
• Be a confident communicator with excellent client care skills
• Have a proactive attitude and a genuine interest in developing your career in family law
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative and supportive environment
