TSR Legal currently has an exciting opportunity with a national firm that offers superb offices in central Birmingham for an experienced Contentious Construction Lawyer to join a leading Top 50 UK law firm with a top-tier reputation in construction and engineering disputes.
The firm is seeking a highly motivated Lawyer (7+ PQE) with a strong track record in contentious construction matters. You will advise clients on complex disputes across infrastructure, energy, and development projects, acting for contractors, public bodies, developers, funders, and insurers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a diverse caseload of adjudication, arbitration, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.
- Working on technically challenging and high-value construction and engineering disputes.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through commercial awareness and strategic advice.
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives.
To be considered for this role, our client requires a candidate with 7+ years’ PQE with a focus on contentious construction law, proven experience handling construction matters, and strong technical skills and commercial acumen.
