TSR Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading private practice in Somerset who are seeking a Solicitor to join their growing Wills and Probate department.
The Role
- A fee earning position whilst progressing caseloads through to completion.
- Caseloads include Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estates and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- To work with the Head of Department with clients across Somerset.
The Person
- A qualified Solicitor with 3 plus PQE / Fee Earner with experience.
- Has previously worked in a law firm in progressing private client matters.
- A strong technical understanding of current legislation.
- A good team player with ambition to progress their legal career.
