TSR Legal are proud to be working with this Legal 500 commercial law firm who are looking to appoint an Associate within their award winning Private Property Team to be based from the firms Swindon office. The team specialise in looking after landed estate clients consisting of private individuals (acting on high value transactions of whole estates), country houses, farms, equestrian property amongst other residential property.
In this role you will manage a substantial and varied workload providing legal advice to clients, drafting contracts accurately and logically and support the partners with contact between client and firm. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 4 plus years' PQE, be confident and well organised in running a large caseload, have excellent time management skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.
