TSR Legal are currently supporting a boutique litigation firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a leading national team at this growing and successful firm with offices in Birmingham to take over an existing caseload.

- Insurance Disputes
- Planning Disputes
- Boundary Disputes
- Contractual Disputes
- Professional Negligence
- Partnership/Shareholder Disputes
Role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will be taking on a caseload of Litigation matters and play a key part in the continued growth of the department through marketing and business development. You will be an experienced Litigation Lawyer who is confident with working autonomously, developing strong relationships with new and existing clients.
