Senior Commercial Property Solicitor / Team Lead
TSR Legal is working with an established law firm seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its property practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an established lawyer looking for a new challenge, with a varied workload and the chance to take on a broader role within the business. The position offers scope to work on a range of commercial property matters while developing your own client relationships and contributing to the wider team.
The Role
- Advising on a range of commercial property transactions.
- Handling acquisitions, disposals, leases and associated property matters.
- Managing matters independently from initial instruction through to completion.
- Advising a varied client base and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Supporting and sharing knowledge with less experienced colleagues.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of the commercial property practice.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- A minimum of 5 years' PQE in Commercial Property.
- Strong experience across a range of commercial property matters.
- The ability to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and client relationship skills.
- A proactive and commercially aware approach.
- An interest in taking on additional responsibility within a team.
