TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in South Wales as they embark on a brand-new business venture with the opening of their Swansea office. As part of this growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Supervisor to play a key role in leading and supporting the new team. You’ll oversee a team of three property lawyers, providing day-to-day supervision, mentoring and technical guidance. You’ll also be responsible for file sign-offs and offering ad hoc holiday cover as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supervising and mentoring a small team of residential property lawyers
  • Signing off files to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
  • Supporting team members with complex or technical queries
  • Assisting with holiday cover and caseload support as required
  • Playing a hands-on role in the successful launch and growth of the Swansea office

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive) or experienced fee earner with strong technical knowledge
  • Previous experience supervising or mentoring others in a conveyancing team
  • Confident in managing varied residential conveyancing transactions
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for being part of a new office venture
