TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established and expanding law firm that is looking to recruit a Solicitor (NQ3 years PQE) to join its busy and supportive Property Department, this is due to continued growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to develop their career within a collaborative property team. The role will involve handling a predominantly residential property caseload, although candidates with a mix of residential and commercial property experience are very much encouraged to apply.
You will work closely alongside an experienced Partner, supported by a team of solicitors and dedicated support staff, offering strong mentoring and exposure to high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a residential property caseload from instruction through to completion
- Assisting on, and gaining exposure to, commercial property matters where required
- Working collaboratively with partners, fee earners, and support staff
- Maintaining a high standard of client care and communication
- Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail across all matters
- Qualified Solicitor with up to 3 years PQE
- Experience in residential property is essential; commercial exposure is advantageous but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confident IT skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
