The Role

As a member of the Corporate team, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing top-tier legal advice to clients on matters including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Shareholder agreements
• Corporate restructuring
• Joint ventures

This role offers the chance to develop strong client relationships, lead complex transactions, and mentor junior team members, contributing to the firm’s strategic growth in Southampton.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an accomplished solicitor with:

• 2+ years PQE within a Corporate team
• A proven track record in managing complex transactions and providing practical, commercially sound advice
• Excellent client relationship and business development skills
• A proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork and leadership
