Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (1-3PQE) Location: Bristol Salary: Up to £70,000 (DOE) Working Arrangement: Hybrid (Flexible working available) About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (1-3 years’ PQE) to join a thriving and collaborative team in the heart of Bristol. This role is ideal for a lawyer with experience in corporate and/or banking law who is ready to take on high-quality work with real client impact. You will be part of a well-respected Corporate/Banking team, handling a varied workload across mergers, acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, and secured lending matters. The role offers the chance to build long-term client relationships, contribute to strategic team development, and grow your expertise within a progressive and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Handling a caseload of corporate and secured lending matters with supervision as appropriate. Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructures, and facility/security documentation. Supporting the team’s lender clients with pre-completion requirements and security perfection. Playing an active role in business development and cross-team collaboration. Supervising and mentoring junior team members. Engaging in firm-wide initiatives and contributing to team strategy. To be successful in this role, you will: Be a qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years’ PQE in corporate law; banking experience is advantageous. Demonstrate excellent client management and communication skills. Have a commercial mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Be confident working independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team. Be eager to take part in business development and expand your network.
