TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established local law firm who are looking to appoint a Legal Assistant to support their residential conveyancing team. This role sits within a small, close-knit practice that focuses on quality local work, rather than panel or volume conveyancing.

The Role
You will provide day-to-day support to an experienced Residential Conveyancer, assisting with a varied caseload of local residential property matters. The work is non-panel and non-volume, allowing for a more measured and client-focused approach.
Typical responsibilities will include:
Opening and closing files
Preparing draft documentation and correspondence
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
Assisting with post-completion matters
Managing diaries, file progression, and general administrative support

The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Conveyancing Assistant
Familiarity with residential conveyancing processes
