TSR Legal is working with a highly regarded law firm in Dorset that is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join its growing and well-established property team. The Role
As a Conveyancing Lawyer, you will manage a varied and interesting caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with the opportunity to gain exposure to commercial conveyancing work if desired. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse residential conveyancing caseload
- Providing clear, practical, and effective advice to clients
- Maintaining high standards of client care and service
- Working collaboratively with colleagues within the conveyancing team
- Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and professionally
The Candidate
You will be:
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Minimum 2+ years' PQE (or FCILEx / Licensed Conveyancer equivalent)
- Experienced in residential conveyancing matters
- Interested in developing or expanding into commercial conveyancing (desirable but not essential)
- Client-focused, organised, and commercially aware
