TSR Legal are pleased to be working in partnership with a highly regarded national law firm that is expanding its Real Estate team. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Executive / Chartered Legal Executive to join their Bristol office, with flexibility to be based in Reading if preferred.
This is a varied and rewarding position, acting on behalf of some of the UK’s leading housebuilders. You will be responsible for handling a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions, including:
- Plot sales
- Part exchange purchases
- Resales
- General conveyancing work for high-profile national clients
The role offers scope to develop further into more complex matters, supported by both a technical legal manager and a dedicated pastoral line manager. You will join a sociable and collaborative Plots Team consisting of 17 conveyancers and 8 administrative assistants, based across Bristol and Reading. The team has a strong emphasis on training, development, and knowledge sharing, with ongoing opportunities for progression.
The Real Estate department also supports work such as site set-ups, section agreements, compliance certificates, and deeds of variation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing your own conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
