About the Role
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the progression of residential conveyancing transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls and communications, and responding to client queries
- Preparing and verifying new client care packs and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Conducting ID and source of funds checks
- Assisting with title checks and issuing contract packs
- Obtaining redemption statements and responding to pre-contract enquiries
- Preparing pre-completion paperwork, including invoices and statements
- Accurately updating the case management system
- Supporting Fee Earners and contributing to an efficient, client-focused service
- Building strong working relationships with third-party stakeholders
You will also undertake regular training to support your ongoing professional development.

- Commercially aware, professional, and team-orientated
- Proactive with a strong interest in property law
- Adaptable and eager to learn
- Previous experience in conveyancing is advantageous, but not essential - full training is provided
