About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the administration and compliance functions of the conveyancing department. Working closely with fee earners and management, you will help maintain key accreditations, oversee lender panel administration, manage departmental reporting, and ensure important records and systems remain accurate and up to date. This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, has excellent organisational skills, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Key Duties
- Managing lender panel memberships and overseeing panel application processes.
- Assisting with the administration of Law Society CQS accreditation requirements.
- Maintaining and updating client databases and departmental records.
