You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, with direct client contact and scope to develop your own profile through networking and business development.
The role will involve:

Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.

Advising on landlord and tenant matters, leases, and property finance.

Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and related agreements.

Maintaining and developing strong client relationships.

Supporting junior team members and contributing to business growth.
To be successful in this role, you will:

Be a qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in commercial property.

Have excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
