TSR Legal have been instructed on a fantastic new central Bath opening within a highly reputable firm based in Bath who is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Partner into its well established department. The team is always busy and has lots of top quality work coming in, meaning they are keen to recruit. This role could really suit a Partner or Solicitor who is perhaps wanting to take a step down from the pressures of a large corporate firm and who is looking for a more balanced work/life ratio. This practice has an open atmosphere and you will get the opportunity to handle great quality work. This could be a great opportunity for someone to step into a Partner level role, or a lateral hire for someone already operating at this level within a supportive and collegiate environment.
The Role: The team advises on all aspects of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, commercial and residential development and much more, liaising closely with surveyors and management agents. You will be advising a solid client base of SMEs, landlords and larger companies on all aspects of commercial property matters, many of which are South West based but also some clients are based nationally too.
The Candidate: As mentioned, the firm is happy to consider those with strong commercial property backgrounds keen to step up into a Partner level role, or those already operating as a Commercial Property Partner. You will be a 'people' person and be keen to integrate into a friendly team and create relationships with clients.
