An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced claimant clinical negligence lawyer with a leading national practice in Cardiff and across the UK. This national firm is known for its commitment to excellence in legal services. The offices are now looking to hire at the senior level.
The national team are recognised for handling complex and high value clinical negligence cases, and quite often media sensitive. The firm seeks to recruit an ambitious 5 PQE+ clinical negligence solicitor to join the department. You will be required to demonstrate experience handling your own clinical negligence claims including high value and complex claims.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage their own caseload covering the broad spectrum of clinical negligence including but not limited to:
- Delay in diagnosis
- Misdiagnosis
- Cancer claims
- Birth injuries to baby and mother
- Brain injury
- Fatal claims
