This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence solicitor to step into a Senior Associate role within a well-established claimant practice, offering genuine autonomy and a predominantly remote working model. You’ll be trusted to operate at senior level, managing your own caseload while playing a meaningful role in the continued development of the Clinical Negligence team.

About the Role

This is a senior appointment with real influence. You will:

  • Manage a varied claimant Clinical Negligence caseload from instruction through to conclusion
  • Contribute to the smooth running and strategic direction of the department
  • Support and mentor junior fee earners and support staff where appropriate
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Play a role in business development and external engagement (light-touch, circa one event per month)
  • Lead by example, contributing to firm-wide standards and culture

About You

You will ideally:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor with circa 5+ years’ PQE in Clinical Negligence
  • Demonstrate consistently high technical and client care standards
  • Be comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting
  • Enjoy contributing at a senior, strategic level
  • Have experience, or an interest, in mentoring and departmental development
