TSR Legal are currently seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our clients growing Personal Injury team based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong commitment to client care and a passion for achieving justice for individuals who have suffered injury. You will manage a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, handling cases from initial instruction through to settlement or trial where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of clinical negligence claims
  • Advising clients on legal rights, prospects, and case strategy
  • Conducting investigations, including reviewing medical records and instructing experts
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings
  • Negotiating settlements with insurers and opposing parties
  • Representing clients at hearings where appropriate
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Delivering a high standard of client care at all times

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
  • 2+ PQE
  • Experience in personal injury and/or clinical negligence law
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently
