About the Role
We’re recruiting for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a leading national team based in Bristol. This is a brilliant opportunity for a newly qualified to 3 PQE solicitor to join a Legal 500 Tier 1 rated claimant team renowned for its technical strength and compassionate approach. The firm is known for its strong support structures, exceptional training, and commitment to junior lawyer progression. You’ll work on a varied and meaningful caseload, including claims involving surgical errors, delayed diagnosis, and birth injury matters.
The role will involve:
- Running or assisting on a broad range of claimant clinical negligence files.
- Supporting senior fee earners on complex multi-track matters.
- Drafting legal documentation and liaising with medical experts.
- Playing a key role in client care and file progression.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor (or qualifying this year) with experience in clinical negligence or litigation.
