TSR Legal are excited to be working with a modern and fast-growing conveyancing practice that is looking to recruit a skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join its expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong technical conveyancing experience, particularly within Transfer of Equity and Assent matters, who is looking to join a forward-thinking firm that values efficiency, client service, and career progression.
The Role
You will play a key role within the conveyancing team, independently managing technical property transactions and supporting matters through to post-completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and reviewing TR1s, Assents, and related legal documentation
- Managing Transfer of Equity transactions from instruction to completion
- Handling SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
- Liaising with lenders regarding consent requirements
- Communicating with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and third parties
- Conducting title checks and ensuring compliance throughout transactions
- Maintaining accurate file management and case progression updates
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ conveyancing experience
- Strong knowledge of Transfer of Equity and Assent transactions
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple files independently
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment

Applicants must be able to commute to either the Chester or Weston-super-Mare office at least twice per week. Therefore, a full UK driving licence or access to transport is essential. Please note this role is not open to candidates requiring sponsorship.
