About the Role
TSR Legal are pleased to be representing an established and fast-paced conveyancing firm who are seeking capable Property Lawyers to join their Manchester-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer, whether qualified or non-qualified, who is confident managing their own caseload and working collaboratively within a small, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50 residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
- Handle a broad range of transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Maintain regular communication with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
- Ensure all files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Work closely with a team of three property lawyers to share knowledge and support workload demands
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential
- Ability to independently manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment
- Qualification (e.g., Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX) is advantageous but not required
