TSR Legal is working in partnership with a growing and highly regarded law firm that is seeking a Litigation Assistant to join its busy dispute resolution team in Chepstow. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build or further develop a career within litigation. Working alongside experienced solicitors and legal professionals, you will gain exposure to a broad range of contentious matters whilst receiving ongoing support, training and career development opportunities.
The successful candidate will become an integral part of the team, providing both legal and administrative support on a varied caseload and helping to ensure matters progress efficiently from instruction through to conclusion.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing legal correspondence and court documentation
- Assisting with witness statements and evidence gathering
- Organising disclosure exercises and trial bundles
- Maintaining accurate electronic and paper case files
- Managing key dates, deadlines and court timetables
- Communicating with clients, barristers, courts and third parties
- Undertaking legal research and preparing summaries for fee earners
- Providing general administrative support to the litigation team
About You

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Previous experience within litigation, dispute resolution or a law degree/legal qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
