TSR Legal is currently supporting a Top 50 Law firm in their search for a Legal Support Assistant to join a highly regarded Dispute Resolution team based in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual looking to develop their career within a professional legal environment.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and business support to fee earners within a busy Real Estate Disputes team, supporting high-quality legal work for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal correspondence, documents, and forms
  • Acting as a key point of contact for administrative and business support requirements
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel where required
  • Assisting with financial transactions and matter administration
  • Handling client enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Conducting conflict checks and ID verification procedures
  • Supporting fee earners proactively and anticipating team requirements
Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate typing skills
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities
  • Experience in a client-facing or professional services environment
  • Previous legal support or professional services experience would be advantageous
