TSR Legal is currently supporting a Top 50 Law firm in their search for a Legal Support Assistant to join a highly regarded Dispute Resolution team based in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual looking to develop their career within a professional legal environment.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and business support to fee earners within a busy Real Estate Disputes team, supporting high-quality legal work for a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal correspondence, documents, and forms
- Acting as a key point of contact for administrative and business support requirements
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel where required
- Assisting with financial transactions and matter administration
- Handling client enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Conducting conflict checks and ID verification procedures
- Supporting fee earners proactively and anticipating team requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and Teams
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate typing skills
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- Experience in a client-facing or professional services environment
- Previous legal support or professional services experience would be advantageous
- Familiarity with case management systems is beneficial but not essential
